Maybe, but Trump has definitely renewed the racist tendencies in americans. Without him we would be seeing far less of this.

I am so sorry you have to pass close to these repellent creatures in your daily life in your towns and cities. Politics + television and internet have taken something that was already stunted and vulnerable, warped it beyond all reach of reality and sanity, on a mass scale.
