I mean, he's not wrong.

Everyone has had the experience of snoozing an alarm. You go back to sleep and the alarm goes off, feels like in no time at all.

Now here's the trick... Snooze your alarm and stay awake. Focus on your breathing, your heart beat. Look at the clock when you think the snooze should have expired.

You can make a standard 10 minute snooze "feel" like 30 minutes. Just don't go back to sleep.
