One piece planet is a mashed up mass of our solar system, red line comes from mars, lunarions from the moon (lemm.ee)

Planet reshaped itself to be mostly islands and a large mass of water due to all the frozen water melting.

All the different species are from different planets

Assuming the planets start with similaar mass as in our universe, then redline would have to be 100s of kms high. My currently accepted theory is red line jorgmundar (or however it is spelt) wrapped around the earth.

That makes sense, it could always have been joyboy reshaping the world in the past, the second he got toon powers that could bend reality and leave it that way it became a major possibility joyboy in the past is why the world is so weird
