Honestly, just not sure at this point. It could be ADHD, could be autism, could be both, could be neither.

I am thinking about getting tested mostly out of curiosity, but I don't want to use the label without the diagnosis first because it wouldn't feel morally correct to do so.

But yeah, that trait is quite strong in me and I really do have to try and check that the other person is actually interested and at best I'm not being boring/overwhelming to them or at worst unintentionally condescending. It's a lot of effort to keep that check running in the back of my head whilst socialising.
