Sorry but WTF fever dream article is this? Is the author going onto back alleys picking up third hand stock from eBay or Temu with brands like ASS Rock? Dude, you might have mixed up pcpartpicker.com for your meth dealer.

TLDR: Don't buy off branded motherboards. Is there someone actually doing that? This just seems like an article pushed out to meet targets. Their point is not even to look for motherboards with enough heatsinks or quality mosfets. It's literally just saying buy a known reputable brand like Gigabyte or MSI
