Other way around, China is putting an 84% tariff on US goods imported to China. Trump put a 104% tariff on Chinese goods imported to the US, so it would be a 2.04 dollar store.

Not to mention that China doesn't just produce low-end goods, but middle and high-end too, this is an across the board issue for US consumers.
