It takes a lot of work most people aren't willing to do. To see past the indoctrination you've been fed all your life. It's also reinforced by media and peers etc.

It’s always funny to me how billionaires in the states eat Mac Donald’s to show that they’re “just like you” and Americans are like “OH WOW SEE HE EATS THE BURGER TOO”
