Read the article. The US got the Gulf's dictators by the balls because they are the only ones keeping these dictator royal monarchies in power. Now they ask Lebanon to demilitaries and if they did they would reward them with cash from the cow farms they own that is the Gulf's dictatorships: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar. The US policy has always been that the middleeast countries deserve no democracy and no autonomy all for the sake of Israel
