Yeah you can see in that clip they’re using fsr to upscale it.

I’ve read what you added, and double checked the video to confirm that ray tracing is also turned off entirely.

I didn’t watch the video in its entirety because your numbers sounded really high for a mid specced system running a game that is notoriously demanding at its highest settings, and you linked it to me saying that the difference was due to game and driver updates. I skipped to the part of the video showing the settings they used (and the performance overlay) to confirm that the settings were different from the article I linked, which would easily explain the difference.
