The opposite angles made by 2 intersecting lines must be equal, so we know that m/3 + 75 = m/2 + 64.

From there we can solve it like any equation

 m/3 + 75  =  m/2 + 64
-m/3         -m/3
       75  =  m/6 + 64
      -64          -64
       11  =  m/6
       ×6      ×6
       66  =  m
