the strays are already there and have been my entire life. the entire community is working on managing them and has adopted them as our outside cats. we are reducing their population to reasonable amounts, getting them eating kibble instead of birds, and giving them as happy lives as we can.
meanwhile we have to fight fascism.
so you know, fuck you and all that.
