For a while it was "let him cook" which, I think, meant 'give them a chance, they seem to be on to something', but now when something goes bad people say it's "cooked". My question is, was it a mistake to let them cook? Thank you.

This was uploaded 11 years ago, and it probably older than that. But today was my first time watching it, and I'm choking on dinner laughing at this sketch. (Today's lucky 1 in 10000*)

Does that 1 in 10000 apply internationally? Or just in the US. Even though I'm not in the US, I like that statistic of the 1 in 10,000
