Yeah, that did happen.

I was in highschool at the time, dumbass. Her changes absolutely did reduce calories. Why lie about something so easily verifiable? Why blame me because you can't search the fucking internet?

The HHFKA authorized USDA to update the nutrition standards for school meals... Issued in January 2012, the standards... limited calories.

There were plenty of calories. I just looked at the limits. If you were failing to make weight, it was because you couldn't afford enough food outside of school.

Your family being unable to afford the food to keep you proper size for sports is unfortunate and likely a result of systemic issues.

More unfortunate than that is the crazy huge childhood obesity stats we had in America, pointing to a poorly nourished population of children. Not to mention all the dirt poor children who received better access to warm meals as a result of the act being passed.

You said you were pissed at Michelle Obama in the past tense. Hopefully you've realized since then that there are other people who are more directly responsible for your issues.

And like, fuck the Obamas. Just not really a valid complaint. There are better things to be angry at them for.
