Alright, so with a new year coming, me and my lovely girlfriend decided to go for it. We're gonna build ourselves for the summer!

We bought two full gym memberships, complete with SPA zone and stuff, and it was among the best decisions we made lately.

It's probably the first time training feels good. We often take the same items/machines, both just set them at their respective load, and we push it together! Much more motivating this way!

And after all is done, sauna is the best way to keep the muscle sore down and reward ourselves for keeping it going. This whole thing becomes enjoyable!

Congrats!

That's a great step to take. It can be a little tricky until you build up the habit and work working out into your life, but taking the first steps is such a wonderful feeling

Thanks for a cheer up!

Our goal right now is to make it a somewhat pleasurable habit, as both are not super good on discipline - but we do manage it. Tasty protein shake before we go, sauna after we finish, and a small indulgence after we're back home, and it seems to work well enough! Also, monthly payments in a gym are just big enough for us to feel we need to put this money to work, and regular enough so we'll likely be reminded often enough.

Currently going for two weeks only, but we're going every second day and the streak is all good.
