Can ICE chase you? Like if you stop and then take off? I know they will probably shoot, but seems like they will shoot either way.

I read a post from someone in MN that said ICE typically doesn't pursue people that run (on foot or vehicle). They can chase you, probably not legally in most cases, but laws don't apply.

Yes, they can chase. They do not operate under any known laws, rules or jurisdiction.

Can they? No, they don't engage in law enforcement. Will they chase you? Absolutely, because they give no fucks and won't be held accountable.

Not arguing, but they are fat lazy fucks that mainly seem to harass people in a specific location. Never seen any run or make too much of an effort besides public executions.

Oh you meant a foot chase? I serious doubt they'll do that, they have problems moving in the snow. They'd probably just start shooting.

There is one example I can think of them chasing from Chicago.

All of their cars are dogshit SUVs or minivans. Anyone on something even remotely fast can wipe the floor with those goons.

I'm pretty sure I could out drive them in my 06 Forester mt
