Yes. So if the surge went from 3 riders to 5, that would be a 67% surge. I'm not sure why you bolded that, the article wasn't too long for it to get lost. I'm not saying that more bike lanes aren't badly needed, or very appreciated. I was just nitpicking a news article using percentages, which can sometimes be useful, but often add no value whatsoever. That's why I pointed out the numbers backing the 15% increase at the other intersection. I have no idea why the author didn't use actual numbers for both intersections.
