It's an interesting situation. SPD has plenty of issues, but it's very territorial over the people it's abusing. I could see this potentially working out as planned.

@new_world_odor @CombatWombatEsq @seattle A friend who has been protesting for years downtown says she thinks SPD has been a little different in the last 3-4 months, not quite as asshole-ish & brutal as they have been. She's still encountering some of the usual rat bastards in SPD with small dick/big gun syndrome, but they seem more restrained, & her feeling is that things have toned down a bit. Not sure if others feel the same - that's just her impression - but it will def be interesting to ๐Ÿ‘€.
