So because they decided to use it means they have the exclusive trademark of the symbol? We shouldn't let them.

Knock yourself out, unless you're in Germany or Austria I don't think you'll have the state knocking on your door for doing so.

But I don't think you can act surprised if people take offence at your attempt to reappropriate a symbol which in many people's minds, particularly western culture, is associated with hatred, discrimination, and atrocities. They'll, quite reasonably, just assume you're supporting Nazism.
