This cannot possibly hold up in court. You cant just advertise a product and then be like "*but actually we might be lying about some or all of these things"??? What the fuck are you selling then

It's even lazier than that. It's a laptop and we know manufacturers have web pages just for specific models most of the time. Why was a copy paste not easy enough..

100% agree with that. Specs would be online by the supplier/manufacturer
