He's emperor Nero. Also loved standing at a podium talking gibberish for hours, all about personal spectacle. Demands loyalty and pisses on institutions. Rewards flattery and punishes dissent. Reality is negotiable. Everything is performative theater, constantly names enemies who slighted him and blames others for his own mistakes. Same opulence fetish.
