I think you might need a reality check. Facebook has 3 b-b-billion monthly active users. It's the most used social media platform in the world, by a large margin. Followed in second way behind by Instagram, Meta's other social platform. So it doesn't suck enough for those people to quit using it.

Yeah I guess they are no where near losing critical mass, a lot of people are leaving though, and even more are spending way less time on there.

Also, a great share of those monthly users will be inauthentic, half of all accounts online are influence agent accounts, bots and such.

Still it's a lot of people on it. I talk to a lot of people that hate it now too, many that have left, or like me just keep it for marketplace. Or like mushroom id groups, or repair groups it is great for that. But with the lack of a viable alternative with critical mass they are under no pressure to get better.
