According to a lot of reporting, practically nothing. There was a "glitch" in their AI screening that apparently assumed thousands of applicants were LEOs and automatically bypassed them for use-of-force, firearms handling, etc.

Which is pretty funny given that ice pays less than most municipal law enforcement agencies, so who do they think is jumping over to them?
