I think I'd have to vote for the one in Sesame Street.
He's the only one who really counts.

I dig him too, but he's technically Count von Count, not the character Dracula. (btw TIL that The Count has at least three vampire girlfriends, as well as a pet wolf and a cat.)
I assure you he still counts.
