This apparent SoL anime starts off showing us scenery from the city of Atami. We follow the story of Kinme Wakana, who has run a cleaning business in the neighborhood for 2 years. Cleaning was "the only thing I have not forgotten" she said casually to a customer, so she probably had a backstory which will be revealed later I guess?

There is not much drama in the first episode (unless you consider "will the pasta sauce stain come off" as one), we are introduced to several of her customers who all seemed to be nice people, or that Wakana got on their good side through her diligence, nice manners and good work.

The production quality was good, I wouldn't say top-tier but definitely above average. I liked the nice backgrounds and scenery view.

@rikka@ani.social :

The author also wrote Umisho and Sankarea, I hope this one will stay a everyday SoL anime and Wakana was not someone reverse-isekai'd who lost her memory or something, I wouldn't mind it too much but I've had my fill of isekai stories recently :)

Then you haven't truly laundered clothes. Those (and coffee stains) can be a pain to remove if you don't act quickly enough or have done it correctly.

I must say I was a little relieved when the stain came off since the customer said it happened a week ago.
