If you must use it, put it in your android work profile using island or similar, and run the apk through revanced first. Christ it's bad for you in every way though. Please don't use it.

Is there any instance where using TikTok would be mandatory? I would hate that line of work, my gosh.

Social media/PR work I imagine, I used to work in media pre-tiktok and having a public account on every social media was mandatory. Can't recommend jobs like that if I'm honest.
