why the heck would i want to see any of these characters in anything that comes out today?

im old, but not old enough to have any desire to see these characters in any way.

I'm kinda curious to see how The Public Domain: The Game turns out, though it looks like it's gonna be more about the idea of privately owned ideas in general.
