Happy New Year! I hope yours was quieter than mine. We rang in the year with our cats. Unfortunately our neighbors have fireworks and firearms. "Celebrations" went until 1:00AM.

I enjoyed some nice time spent doing activities in silence next to my partner. It included working on this prototype dishware

I probably won't fire this because I think the bowl has a crack and the plate doesn't have a great foot but the idea is that the saucer is also a lid for the bowl so that when I can't finish my meal or snack I can just throw the lid on and forget about it for a while. I intend to make a set that stacks for easy storage.
