It's cute slice of life with no action.
The MC just happens to be half-dragon and the series is about dealing with each of her over-the-top superpowers as they manifest, and also social stuff.
I've been really appreciating the much more mature and serious tone the series takes with social drama, and the dragon stuff is instead what is used to keep the series fun and light-hearted.
Thanks, I think I'll check it out when it comes. Kind of sounds like a more serious Ika Musume. Hopefully not too serious.
