I can see that. My favorite way to meditate is doing a long run. One foot in front of the other for 2-3 hours will do wonders for unraveling worries or complex problems.

The thoughts on long runs are a whole different animal.

"I dont remember that pain in my knee, is this my mind playing tricks or death"

1km later

"Ha it was my stupid mind. Im totally fine now I can try to process that critique my coworker gave me."

1km later

"I think my coworker should try running it will help him be less reactionary, maybe I will invite him to my next workout."

1km later

"My knee is going to fall off. Death awaits me."

1km later

" ha that was my mind again right. So glad my coworker didnt see that. Never inviting him on a run"

1km later

"I could go slow and enjoy this but like Ricky Bobby i wanna go fast."

1km later

"I NEED AIR. WHY DO PEOPLE RUN!?!!!"

[repeat until finished running. Runners high hits]

"Wow. That was great. Can't wait to do it again. "
