Same pose, different angles. I suppose the kids may have done it, but that looks like some finely done isolation and head swapping if they're pasted over the crowd. Plus, all that kicked up snow? I've never been like a Hollywood level photoshopper, but this seems pretty difficult. Maybe I'm out of touch though.
Not be that guy, but it's really not that hard for the snow. You layer with different opacity levels and 2 different paint brushes in white.
