Have you seen the Warhammer 40k community lately?
The Nazi edge lords want to brand 40k as their own and the creators told them to go fuck off and if they show up, call them the fuck out.

The community doesn't dictate the lore. Plus the loud antiprogressive crybabies are just a loud online minority. A ton of 40k fans I know are queer and some even furries.
