this part of what he said tells you everything about him: "The majority also did not give enough deference to Trump". How the hell is this guy a judge. The constitution was sure as fuck not about giving deference. It was intentionally set up as an adversarial system where the largest bodies had the most power and smaller bodies were given some interupt capability just in case.
That's precisely why he's a judge.
Like Gorsuch is there because of his ice trucker dissent opinion. Al Franken had some points during that hearing worth a watch.
Yeah but that conflicts with the conservative belief that everything's a strict hierarchy, so nuh uh.
