The whole industry is going to collapse if the RAM shortage goes through at least 2 quarters. New PCs will be too expensive and underpowered. Old PCs can't be upgraded. This means other components won't sell. Margins are razor thin on electronics, and companies won't be able to survive an extended drought like this.
