That thing is completely locked. You cannot add other games, than the ones already on the console.

Might be interesting, if it can be hacked and flashed with a Linux and some emulators.

There's already several well-made, cheap handheld emulators running Linux (e.g. Anbernic)

Not one that I'm aware of with that assortment of controls, unfortunately.

Integrated paddle, trak-ball and keypad.

Yeah, I think people are overlooking that it's more like a portal able arcade cabinet than a retro handheld.
