persumably having a vampire girlfriend would result in you becoming a vampire so its a bit hard to say unless I know if its the modern being a vampire is super easy with just some twinkling and limited diet or absolutely horrible ancient vampire where you lose your soul and sorta become demonic and twisted and light causes you to die a horribly firery death. I mean giving she loves you kinda sounds like its the modern easy to be minimal bad effects vampire.
