I kind of thought so but I still don't get it.
I think "trumped" or "trump card" might have made it clearer that is the word not the name.
The alt text plays into the same joke. "The upper hand" in a trick-taking game can come from having a trump card in it. She has trumped him, in the sense of "To get the better of, or finesse, a competitor.", where the competition is getting him off. Her skill at getting him off is streets ahead of his own.
Amusingly, wiktionary also has a definition of "to palm off", which doesn't actually mean the same thing as "to jerk off" but could be read that way if you were so inclined.
