I grew up with this playing on CD in our house, but having it on vinyl has really increased my appreciation for it.

Obviously it sounds incredible, but the overall packaging really caught my attention too. The cover has a kind of matte feel overall but the "DECEMBER" is printed in a slight gloss that is so subtle and tasteful. And inside, the dust cover is some kind of vinyl or plastic itself. It just feels well made.

I'm a little surprised how often I've got this on, given that my tastes tend to the heavier side, but it is just a great sounding album.

Plus, Winston is absolutely shredding on parts of Carol of The Bells so maybe it is kind of heavy.
