They are not identified until they are caught, and die in prison the same day you do. They never manage to escape, but sometimes there are rumors the authorities do not take seriously.

You do not live in the same area as them, but they are famous enough that everyone around you knows who they are.

You cannot change your name or get plastic surgery.
