I've seen that look... Right before he suddenly leaps up & takes off down the hall at warp speed as if he realized he forgot something. Of course, when he gets there he's already forgotten what it was so he just acts like what he just did didn't actually happen despite everyone watching him wondering what all that was about.
This was right after the zoomies, so maybe that's what she was thinking about!
