And from the image, OP seems to have added curry sauce too. chef's kiss
No curry sauce, but a mix of light and dark soy sauce and oyster sauce. In fact I used the exact spice mix as in this Recipe by Chinese Cooking Demystified. I tried the recipe for the first time and wanted to wait for second time for my own adaptions.
My fried rice looks like that due to soy sauce (and other dark Asian sauces)
Oh.
Still, damn delicious.
