People exist, living life as best they can.
Philosophers (such as Sartre, Stirner, and Aurelius) tend to argue that you can improve your condition in life by simply rising above it all. It's a bit "pull yourself up by the bootstrap" and "it's all in your head".
The meme is a bit tongue in cheek making fun of them for being all lofty, but there is merit to their works imo.
