Don't think so. Those 3 are philosophers (Sartre, Stirner and Marcus Antonius) and "will" is the signifier of a group of similar concepts. Maybe those philosophers are being criticized for being over voluntaristic. But I'm not certain. The question here is what "actualize" means. Is it a concept?
