Agreed! Personally it's always baffled me that we haven't had more alfresco dining areas on the light rail line through the CBD! The lack of cars makes it such a nice route to walk when I'm in the city and even the delivery riders seem to stick to the light rail track keeping them out of pedestrian areas!

Hopefully this new policy helps make the CBD even more lively!

That's a great idea. There's probably other quiet streets where the occaisonal car wouldn't be too bad as well.
