You mean he seeks a presidential pardon, and he will probably get it once the Cheeto remembers he still exists.
He's convicted on state charges. He ain't getting out with a federal pardon.
He will cut funding to force a release, not the first time he used federal powers to get his way at the state level.

Ok, so how does Trump work? Does he follow law and order?
That's beside the point. MN DOES follow the law and its $2 billion dollar surplus would offset costs from any federal funding withdraw while the state appeals. The idea that the state would just roll over and let the fucker out is just laughably wrong.
