Rothschild Bank is a large corporation with a history of getting caught helping the wealthy elite evade taxes and transparency laws. They aren't the only family name listed here: Koch, Goldman, and Sachs were all last names. I don't see anyone claiming that Koch's inclusion reflects anti-Dutch sentiment. Heck, Goldman and Sachs are both Jewish names from their Jewish founders but I don't see anyone defending that ghoulish corporation from alleged "anti-Semitism".

I agree that it's a fine line to be aware of. But I don't see this meme calling out anyone's religion or ethnicity. It's not generalizing or characterizing all Jewish people. It's just pointing out a handful of evil corporations, and one of them happens to be famously Jewish and associated with anti-Semitic conspiracy theories. Just because the Rothschild family have been victims of antisemitic conspiracy theories doesn't mean that Rothschild Bank gets a free pass from public ire.
