They clearly at least skimmed it since they referenced both the location and purpose of the hotel trip, and they are merely demonstrating that they don't care their $4k reservation (2 nights) was an 'error'. Are you nitpicking that they should've said $2k/night, or something else? What is your point? You've managed to say less about the article than them.

It was also four rooms. So closer to $500/room/night.

So really, not all that absurd a price, especially in a major metro area during a major event.

It's a four room unit, not four individual rooms. From what i can tell these are luxury suites

Dont get me wrong, allowing the hotel to cancel bookings due to a "wrong price" after confirmation is shitty, but i don't feel bad about someone not getting their luxury suite for the price they thought they got
