Tested emulation on a laptop from 2010. Iirc on Sony's side, PS1 was the limit, and for Nintendo, NDS games would run but with the fans running at max speed. Could be good, I think, for up to 16/32-bit console games and 2000's PC games, though being likely a desktop, it probably can run a bit more than the one I tested.
Also on a 2015 laptop, 2D PS3 games would run for me at normal speeds only with big image quality downgrades, and 3D ones would be a slideshow.
