I like to use the hand raising button and when the speaker stops to ask what I need I say "I agree". Doesn't matter what track the conversation was on. Just agree. At least once per meeting. Makes it worth attending.

I used to annoy them with questions over details, largely to keep myself awake. Then they stopped inviting me to every meeting.
