What do Buddhists do? Is it the mindfulness meditation?

Huh, my understanding of Theravada has been that it's typically more religious than many other sects. It's one reason I prefer Soto Zen, which is a pretty no-frills, "stoic" Buddhism.

Do you live in the West?
