So I've downloaded the Genp from the wiki it is provided here but when I ran it through VT. 11 out of 69 vendors showing it is malicious. So is it safe to use?

I'm not familiar with GenP - but many antivirus providers state that things like key generators are "hacking tools" and flag them as malicious on that basis alone.
